Meet my super cute cousin, Sam.
He was born just a couple weeks before I brought my new fiance, Austin, to meet the family in Iowa. Now he's 7. Eek!
Here's the conversation Sam had with my aunt today when he spotted our card in the mail.
Sam: "Is that Laura and Austin?!"
Mom: "Yes"
Sam: "What does it say?"
Mom: "It says they are going to be adopting a baby!"
Sam: "OH! That's great! So, this is like their warning then?"
Mom: (Trying desperately to hold back laughter) "Yes, this is their announcement."
Sam: "Ya, that's what I mean, an announcement....or a warning."
What a riot!
Sam has a little sister coming, and he probably has no idea what he's in for! I bet my older brother has a few warnings he'd be willing to issue. ;)
